ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation will be arranged in the hotels on request; it offers you a relaxing and comfortable stay. Rooms in lower category hotels are also available. Room type will be allocated as per your requirements according to availability. Those who are interested to stay hotels in the city will have to pay the hotel charges directly to the concerned hotel at the end of their stay. Please indicate on the registration form, your choice for stay so that the advance booking will be made on behalf of the concerned delegates. The tariff details will be given in the second circular.
